• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (if using Google OAuth)
• The authorized email address associated with the OAuth provider
• SMTP server address, port, username, and encrypted password (if using SMTP)
• Email notification settings and preferences configured in the Houston UI

Google Scopes Requested:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email: Access your Google account email address.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send: Send emails on your behalf for ZFS notification purposes only. This scope does not allow reading or modifying your inbox.

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data beyond what is required for email notification functionality. All tokens and SMTP credentials are stored securely and used exclusively on your server for sending notifications.

How We Use Your Information

The data accessed through OAuth or provided via SMTP is used solely for the following purposes:

• Authenticating and sending email notifications on behalf of the user.
• Managing and refreshing OAuth tokens as required for continuous notification delivery.
• Configuring and maintaining the email notification settings within the Houston UI.

All data remains securely stored on your local server and is not transmitted to or stored on any external servers.

Data Security

We take strong measures to ensure that OAuth tokens, SMTP credentials, and related configuration data are securely handled and stored on your local server. Specifically:

• All authentication tokens and credentials are stored locally in a secure, encrypted format.
• Email notification processes operate entirely within your server environment.
• No user data, tokens, or credentials are transmitted to 45Drives servers or shared with third parties.

While we implement robust security practices within the ZFS Email Notification module, users are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of their local systems. This includes keeping systems updated, enforcing proper access controls, and protecting against malware or unauthorized access.

Data Retention

OAuth tokens, SMTP credentials, and configuration data are retained on your local server only as long as necessary to facilitate email notifications. You can remove this data at any time by resetting or deleting the email notification settings within the Houston UI.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data and can take the following actions at any time:

• Revoke OAuth access through your Google account security settings.
• Remove stored OAuth tokens or SMTP configuration by resetting or deleting email notification settings within the Houston UI.
